THE PROCESS:

First site visit takes place to identify the clients goals and expectations. All  Central Plant and utility areas are visited with the preliminary assessment goals in mind. Site photos will be taken. 

Upon return to Office a team will be assembled matching the skills required for the assessment and goal expectations.

The project requirements and pre-vetted team will be brought together to understand the client goals and determine the assessment requirements and process to be used.

Schedules will be establish and deliverable s with time lines identified. 

Site assessment will be executed. 

All recorded data and site documentation including photos will be digested by the team and solutions and conclusions will be reached. Pathways to achieve the goal expectations of our clients will be recommended with trade estimates and pre-written RFP's for the bid process..
