We provide automation commissioning services from a totally objective basis not pointing the finger at the controls contractor, electrical contractor, or mechanical contractor. In this manner a truly complete assessment and report can be generated satisfying owners and engineers alike. 

A complete review of communications, TCB's and integration into other grid, hvac, and utilities will be done. This allows  a comprehensive study and provides direction to the owner and the owners contractor. This includes feasibility studies.

Enerlytics technical BAS designers can provide a complete automation design including all required shop drawings. The project can be designed, bid, and project managed complete with as built drawings. 

Professional and actionable, Balancing and Commissioning reports will be generated by certified Test abd Balance and ASHRAE standard control system actionable  commissioning reports with remediation findings attached.

Under this scope ESM's will be documented with the appropriate proposals and contract examples attached.  At this level maintenance recommendations with sample maintenance documentation systems will be designed.

After all the research and project development is done and all of the specifications are identified . Requests for proposals will be issued those requests are then vetted for individually invited Vendors and the entire project can then be bid out and awarded . We can provide a complete project with Project Management functions included. In the cases of assessment only the assessment would be provided to the client with the   recommendations for improvement.
